न बुद्धिभेदं जनयेदज्ञानां कर्मसङ्गिनाम् ।जोषयेत्सर्वकर्माणि विद्वान्युक्तः समाचरन् ॥ ३.२६ ॥
na buddhi-bhedam janayed ajnanam karma-sanginam joshayet sarva-karmani vidvan yuktah samacharan

ज्ञानी पुरुष को कर्मों में आसक्त अज्ञानी लोगों की बुद्धि में भ्रम उत्पन्न नहीं करना चाहिए, बल्कि स्वयं युक्त होकर कर्म करते हुए उन्हें भी सभी कर्मों में प्रवृत्त करना चाहिए।

The wise should not unsettle the minds of the ignorant who are attached to action; rather, by performing all actions themselves in a spirit of yoga, they should inspire others to do the same.
