ते तं भुक्त्वा स्वर्गलोकं विशालं क्षीणे पुण्ये मर्त्यलोकं विशन्ति ।एवं त्रयीधर्ममनुप्रपन्ना गतागतं कामकामा लभन्ते ॥ ९.२१ ॥
te tam bhuktva svarga-lokam vishalam kshine punye martya-lokam vishanti evam trayi-dharmam anuprapanna gatagatam kama-kama labhante

उस विशाल स्वर्गलोक को भोगकर, पुण्य क्षीण होने पर वे पुनः मृत्युलोक में लौट आते हैं। इस प्रकार वेदों के त्रिविध कर्मकांड का आश्रय लेकर, कामनाओं की इच्छा रखने वाले लोग बार-बार आवागमन को ही प्राप्त करते हैं।

Having enjoyed that vast heavenly world, when their merit is exhausted, they return to the world of mortals. Thus, following the threefold path of the Vedas, desiring enjoyments, they attain only repeated coming and going.
