इंद्रियों को विषयों से रोकने वाले देहधारी के विषय तो दूर हो जाते हैं, परंतु उनके प्रति रुचि बनी रह सकती है। परम तत्त्व का साक्षात्कार होने पर वह रुचि भी समाप्त हो जाती है।

The objects of the senses turn away from the abstinent, though the taste for them may remain. But even this taste ceases for one who has realized the Supreme.
